This map displays the depths for 1802 Maine lakes. The data are displayed in 4 map layers, by depth class. When you first access the map, two of these map layers are open: 10-49 ft and 100+ ft. Click the check-boxes to open / close any of the 4 layers.
Pop-up boxes (which display when you click a map pin) show: lake depths (max. & mean), areas, elevation (feet above sea level) and town/county.
Only lakes >= 10 acres surface area and with measured depths are shown.
